Delivery Policy

Online courses

Courses are delivered online. Nothing is shipped.

As soon as your payment is confirmed, the course appears in My Courses on www.epicrecap.com, and we email you a link to start along with your GST invoice.

Course access lasts for the period shown on the course page (lifetime, unless the page says otherwise).

Personal calls

Your call takes place on the date and time you booked, by Google Meet or phone. The confirmation email has all the details, and a reminder is sent 1 hour before.

If something doesn't arrive

If you can't see your course after paying, or didn't get your confirmation email, contact us and choose “Payment or refund”.
