Except the 45-minute personal call, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Courses

Courses are not refundable. All course purchases are final.

We expect you to read through the offerings of any course thoroughly and introspect your decision before you make a purchase.

45-minute personal calls

Cancel any time before the call and you get a full refund.

You can reschedule once, up to 3 hours before the call.

If you miss a scheduled call, the payment is not refunded.

Coaching programmes

Quantum Code and Elite Club fees are final and non-refundable.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Every refund comes with a credit note against your GST invoice.

Duplicate payments

A duplicate payment charged to you due to a system error is refunded.
