The terms and conditions listed below apply to the usage of the entire website, the courses offered and the contents in the domain (www.epicrecap.com). These terms and conditions provide detailed information on your use of our services. Please read the document carefully.

By visiting or using our website, mobile application, coaching programs, software, services, and other content, you signify your consent to agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in the user agreement, refund policy and privacy policy. We reserve the right, in our discretion, to change, modify, remove or add provisions of this agreement as and when required. If you are not in agreement to any of the aforementioned terms, you may quit the website immediately. Failure to do so would lead to suspension or termination of your membership, user account and access rights to the pages, content and other information that are a part of this website.

The domain name, the website and mobile application is solely owned by Epicrecap, (referred to as ‘Epicrecap’ or ‘us’ or ‘our company’).

The terms and conditions are binding between our company and the ‘user’ who is an individual, registered to avail coaching by consuming the content that we provide. Henceforth, the ‘user’ is addressed as ‘You’ in this document.

1. Limited End User Agreement 
Epicrecap grants you, the user, a non-exclusive, limited right to access and consume the online services, and content that you purchase. The coaching service and content is solely for personal, non-commercial use. Except as otherwise stated in the course description terms, the access right and the license is perpetual provided you comply with the agreed terms and conditions. You may terminate the access and license at any time by destroying all copies of the service, content and corresponding documentation. In case you, the user, fails to comply with the legal provisions of the Epicrecap agreement, we, the company will terminate your purchase without notice. You must destroy all the material, content and service under your possession.

In cases where you purchase or license a course that is short-termed, your license to access the content will not be perpetual, but limited to access for a period explicitly stated in the description of the course offering.

You may be required to furnish your personal information and data while accessing our service. Accessing some services on our website or mobile application would require you to create an account. You agree to confirm that all the information that you furnish is correct, accurate and complete. It is your sole responsibility to make sure that you maintain the confidentiality of the user details and credentials required to access the content on our service, website and mobile application. You should not share your password with anyone else. You should intimate Epicrecap incase if you detect an unauthorized attempt to access your account. Epicrecap will not be responsible for unauthorized usage of your account. In case of any such attempts, you, the user will be held responsible and liable for the losses in terms of content and other resources, to Epicrecap or others.

You are solely responsible for the activities in your user account while you take up the course provided thereby. The user credentials provided on the purchase of our services are to be used solely by the individual to whom it was issued. Multiple users for a single user registration are not allowed.

2. Payment and Refund policy

We thank you for trusting us and taking up our services at Epicrecap.com. Your purchase of our coaching packages and sessions indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. 

​

All purchases are final and non-refundable. The fees associated with your purchases will appear on your account summaries through the identifier ‘EpicRecap’. We will not provide refunds for any program unless you are not able to use our services due to a technical glitch.

​

The online coaching packages offered by Epicrecap shall be purchased through the website and our mobile application. The signed agreement will be sent through an email or written correspondence soon after the purchase is made. We expect you to read through the offerings of any course thoroughly and introspect your decision before you make a purchase. 

​

In case you are not able to make an appropriate decision on the choice of the course, we recommend a professional assessment or an online consultation before purchasing the course.  

​

For the charges incurred on account of purchase of fee-based, or subscription-based services, you agree to pay using the credit card information that you provide us. 

​

Epicrecap prices and quotes are presented and invoiced in Indian Rupees (INR) only. You must pay in the currency displayed in the invoice issued to you. 

​

You are responsible to cover currency conversion charges from other currencies to Indian Rupees, if needed. Payments can be made through credit card, debit card or internet banking facilities. The accounting information supplied by you during transactions are processed by the payment gateway service provider. We would like to bring to your notice that such information is not supplied to our company. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the payment details and information entered in the relevant field is correct. We recommend that you take a copy of the transaction details and receipts acknowledging your payment for record-keeping.

Payment gateways operate through a secure website. Neither the payment gateway service provider nor Epicrecap is responsible for unauthorized access, hacking or illegal interception to information provided by you.

3. Cancellation Policy
The course fee once paid is non-refundable and cannot be refunded after purchase. The date of issuance of login credentials after the purchase is deemed to be the starting date of access to courses. You may not be able to access the course after the expiry of your duration. The access shall be denied without any notification or intimation.

If you fail to access the course because you fail to meet the technical requirements prescribed in the course module and are notified prior to your purchase, Epicrecap will not take any responsibility. You are ineligible to claim a refund. It is your responsibility to read the technical requirements carefully before you make a purchase. 


4. Disclaimer 
You, the user, should understand that the ‘coaching’ used in this website refers to the educational ideas and insights offered by the company to seamlessly navigate yourself to your goals and desires.By any means, this is not a substitute for professional mental health care, counseling, or medical care. Coaching is not intended to cure any medical conditions or mental health conditions. 

You are solely responsible for the mental and physical well-being during the sessions offered as part of the online package, including the choices and decisions you make.

5. Access, rights, and restrictions
Epicrecap grants you rights and permissions to seamless access of the service provided you agree to the following. 

 

  1. You agree to not distribute the content of the service for personal or commercial purposes without our authorization.

  2. You agree to not change or modify any part of our service offering

  3. You agree to not access the content using any other video, audio or other technological platforms other than the ones provided as a part of your course package. 

  4. You do not reserve rights to the sale of service offered by Epicrecap

  5. You do not use ‘robots’, ‘spiders’ or other automated systems to access the content provided in the service or to send automated messages to the company’s servers

  6. You agree to not post comments, ideas, or content that are illegal, defamatory, threatening, objectionable, abusive and derogatory to the company, its stakeholders or to other third parties involved. 

  7. You agree to comply with all the legal and regulatory norms. Epicrecap reserves complete authority to discontinue the offering of our service with or without prior notice on objectionable terms or if you fail to comply with the terms, agreed upon.

6.  Intellectual Property Rights, Copyrights and confidentiality

  1. The video material, audio material, text, graphics, images, and all other content used in the website, our service offerings, and other programs are an intellectual property of our company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws under the aegis of and other global, national and local legal and regulatory system.  

  2. You do not reserve any right to download, record, publish, broadcast, reproduce, distribute, transmit, sell the content any part of the service or content without the permission of the Epicrecap. 

  3. “Epicrecap” is the sole property of our company and reproduction in any form is strictly prohibited and is a liable offense. 

  4. Access the content of the service you purchased by placing https requests using a browser. Do not attempt by any other means. 

  5. Epicrecap deserves the authority to prohibit users who are involved in the infringement of our intellectual property.

7. Age restriction

Our services do not address children under the age of 18. By registering, purchasing, and accessing our service in any manner, you represent and warrant that you have sufficient legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If not, you should have a parental or guardian consent to access the services. You represent and warrant that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with the terms, intellectual property rights, limited liability rights, privacy policy, refund policy and other conditions set forth in this document.

 

8. Pricing disclaimer

All prices, products and offers of the Epicrecap website and services are subject to change without any notice.

9. Termination and suspension
Epicrecap reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, access to our services in whole or in part on account of non-compliance or breach of any portion of the terms and conditions put forth in this agreement. On account of a termination or suspension, no refund shall be initiated. Epicrecap reserves all rights to refuse to provide our services to you in the future.

10. Governing laws
The terms and conditions laid above are governed by the laws of India and the competent courts at Coimbatore will have the jurisdiction.
